THE CHURCH OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 in observance of Thanksgiving.

RESERVE YOUR CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA TODAY to honor or remember someone dear to you. Using the white envelopes in the sanctuary pew racks, please indicate your dedication request and enclose $10 for your flower purchase no later than Friday, December 9.  The poinsettias will decorate the chancel through Christmas Eve and can be picked up at that time.

SANTA’S MAGIC FOREST VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED as our congregation hosts ‘St. Paul Day’ at the Downriver’s finest holiday display in Taylor’s Heritage Park, Saturday, December 10, 12-7 p.m.  To volunteer, please complete a ‘Make-A-Wish card from the sanctuary pews and drop it in the narthex tithe box or return it to the church office.  Questions about volunteering?  Call Pastor Geoff Drutchas (313-291-1221).

ST. PAUL COUNCIL NOMINEES are being sought for Second Vice President, Secretary, Elder, Deacon, and Trustee positions – all for three-year terms beginning January 2023. Please consider serving our church and ministry in this vital, faithful way. For more information regarding positions duties or to offer nominations, please speak (313-291-1221) with Trustee and past president, Fred Miller.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP bring Christmas decorations down from the belfry and to set up the Christmas trees Saturday, November 26, 9 a.m.  For more information contact Trustee, Michael Isaacs or Vice President Aaron Johnson.

CHURCH DECORATING BEGINS SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 27 following our worship service.  .   

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4 WEAR BLUE in honor of the Advent Season.  We will also share in the Communion Sacrament.

OUR ST. PAUL CONGREGATION IS HOSTING A WEEK OF SUPPERS for the ChristNet Homeless Shelter, Sunday, November 27 through Saturday December 3.  Volunteers are needed to prepare 25 suppers in our church kitchen for delivery to shelter housing.  To volunteer, please sign a Make-A-Wish card from your pew and drop it into the narthex tithe box or return it to the church office.

THE SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN WILL BEGIN REHEARSING SUNDAY for the Christmas Pageant on December 18.
